So I sort of changed my routine a bit, mainly because Caleb is so busy with work and it is hard to be away from Liam for more than like 45 minutes! I realized that cycling wasn't really working my abdominal area at all- which was fine for the beginning! But I have started doing the stair stepper and elliptical about 5 days a week.

First I get on the elliptical and choose the weigh loss setting and do that for about thirty minutes. It does rotations as such:

Level 1 - 4 min
Level 8 - 4 min
Level 2 - 4 min
Level 8 - 4 min
Level 3 - 4 min
Level 8 - 4 min
Level 4 - 4 min
Level 8 - 2 min

I usually burn about 400- 450 calories doing this!

Then I do the stair stepper on weight loss for about 15-30 minutes depending on well Liam is doing at home! I usually will burn about 300 calories or more doing this!

So far I have lost all of my baby weight except for like 8 pounds! Now I am just picking up on my goals from before I got pregnant!
