Well. . .If you know me, then you know that I can't live without my coffee! It's my favorite part of the day and I just gotta have it. Since it's summer now and about time to hit the pool- we have to save the calories where we can 😂 I am actually not a big soda drinker, so I have never had an issue giving up that, but oh my sweet tea and iced coffee. . .I've given up the tea for a while, but I just can't let go of my coffee- so I have *fixed* my drink orders to be a little more summer friendly!

1. Cinnamon Swirl Iced Coffee

ORDER: Iced coffee with cinnamon dolce & nonfat milk

(you can used the sugar free syrup as well but I just can't stand the taste of any of the sugar free ones!

CALORIES (venti) : Reg syrup 120 / Sugar-free 40

2. Healthy Frappe

ORDER : Non-fat Light Coffee Frappucino

CALORIES (grande) : 110 

3. French Vanilla

ORDER : Cold Brew with nonfat milk 1-2 pumps of vanilla & 1-2 pumps of hazelnut

CALORIES: about 100

4. Vanilla Bean Coconut

ORDER : Iced Coconut Vanilla Bean Latte with half the vanilla bean powder

CALORIES :  about 150
